Organization: Sapphire Diamond Jobs Senior Assistant Manager GWP

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Apparel Washing team who will ensure efficient, high-quality, and sustainable washing processes in our apparel division.

The key areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate include:

• Lead and manage daily shift production to achieve targets.

   

• Oversee GWP section operations and maintain recipes and milestones.

   

• Handle production of up to 5000 garments per day, keeping cost and environment in mind.

   

• Maintain records and traceability to ensure all documentation is properly maintained

   

• Plan and allocate machines to increase productivity and efficiency.

   

• Maintain SOPs and quality standards in every process.

   

• Supervise and coordinate teams (supervisors, operators, assistants, helpers).

   

• Work with maintenance, electrical, quality, and packaging departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s in Chemical or related field.
4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Apparel Washing Production
Advanced technical knowledge of apparel washing processes.
Strong decision-making skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate operational challenges.

The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
