We are looking for a designer for oriental wear who is hardworking and takes care of the smallest details. What will it take to get the new Kapron range (seasonal collection) launched on time and profitably?

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the entire process from product creation to delivery

   

• Working with the design and production team to obtain sampling and approval

   

• Preparing the cost estimate and time plan for the product

   

• Monitoring production and shipment times

   

• Liaising with fabric and accessory suppliers

   

• Keeping records of orders and stock on Excel

   

• Finding ways to work on costing. Quality work done 😊

Requirements

• 2–3 years of merchandising experience in Eastern Wear brands

   

• Understanding of garment manufacturing process and fabric customization

   

• Cost (expenses incurred) should be a must.

   

• Proficient in Excel (formulas and reports)

   

• Good communication and teamwork skills

   

• Problem solving skills

   

• Able to handle multiple subjects and deadlines simultaneously 😊
