Shalamar Institute of Health Sciences (SIHS) is inviting applications for the position of Manager – Facilities Management at its constituent units including Shalamar Hospital and associated colleges.

🔹 Position: Manager – Facilities Management

Qualification:
BE / B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
Degree from HEC-recognized institution

Experience:
5–7 years of relevant experience
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a teaching hospital or healthcare environment

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead civil maintenance and renovation work.
• Ensure compliance with safety and government regulations.
• Manage HVAC, electrical, and telecommunications systems.
• Took care of the planning of the entire hospital building and infrastructure.
• Pre-planned maintenance and followed safety standards.
• Checked the work, time and quality of contractors.
