I’m basically the one always side-eyeing the HR and admin crew on site, just making sure folks aren’t goofing off or slacking. Every freakin’ day, someone needs something. New hires? Oh man, it’s a circus—visas, chasing down medicals, shoving them through Tawjeeh, biometric jazz, the works. I’m basically their travel agent, nurse, and annoying hall monitor rolled into one.

Then, the paperwork avalanche hits—bursting at the seams with timesheets, hunting for someone’s random certificate from 2013, and doing the dreaded payroll tango so nobody’s coming at me yelling about missing cash. If office drama pops up—boom, I’m suddenly the referee, therapist, and (sometimes) the parent, trying to keep borderline WWE fights from breaking out. Disciplinary stuff? Yeah, my inbox loves that.

And don’t even get me started on camp life. That’s all me, too—checking if everyone’s got somewhere to sleep, figuring out commutes, tossing safety gear at people who think flip-flops count as PPE, and making sure we’re not about to be featured in an HSE horror story. Someone whispers “labor law”? Yup, I’m the unlucky bookmark in that rulebook, double-checking so we don’t land ourselves a fat government fine.

Oh, and just when you think maybe, maybe you can breathe? Time to crank out another batch of HR reports ’cause apparently the higher-ups like knowing what we’re up to besides collecting a paycheck.

So, that’s the gig. Not glamorous. Occasionally soul-draining. But hey, at least it keeps me awake. Most days.

Requirements:
– Got a bachelor’s in HR, Business, Admin, or something along those lines
– Been around the HR/Admin block for at least five years—extra brownie points if you’ve wrangled folks on construction sites
– Knows UAE labor laws inside-out (seriously, you could recite them in your sleep) and fully gets how HR ticks over here
– Good with Excel, Word, and all those classic Microsoft tricks (don’t worry, nobody expects you to code macros… probably)
