Machine Maintenance Manager, the position will be your domain and will make you responsible for the proper functioning, dependability, and productivity of manufacturing machines. The job calls for an individual with excellent leadership qualities, practical technical know-how, and the capability to execute both preventive and corrective maintenance plans that will not only meet but also support production goals and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all machine maintenance activities across the facility

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans

• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficient utilization of resources

• Lead, train, and supervise maintenance teams to achieve operational excellence

• Diagnose complex mechanical issues and ensure timely resolution

• Coordinate with production teams to support manufacturing schedules

• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and compliance with safety standards

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or a related field

• Proven experience in machine maintenance within a large-scale manufacturing or textile environment

• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and best maintenance practices

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
