Basically, we need someone who can keep tabs on all our FM materials, isn’t afraid of SAP (if you know, you know), and can survive the chaos of a busy facility management outfit. Who Are We, Anyway?

We’re Al Bonian FM—big shots in the UAE facility management scene. We handle everything from swanky high-rises to industrial beasts. What You’ll Actually Do (AKA Responsibilities):

– Keep the store organized. Like, really organized. Labels, shelves, all the good stuff.
– Receive shipments, check what’s inside (no surprises, please), and update the records.
– Hand out materials and tools to the team, then make sure you note it down—no freeloaders.
– Watch those stock levels like a hawk. If we’re running low, sound the alarm before we’re in full crisis mode.
– Stick to company rules for inventory stuff. No shortcuts!
– Do regular stock audits (yes, counting is involved), so we know nothing’s gone walkabout.
– Handle all the paperwork and crank out those inventory reports.
– You’ll be living in SAP and probably some other inventory software—so don’t be scared of screens.
– Keep the store tidy and safe. No tripping over wires or boxes, please.

What We Want (Requirements):

– At least 3 years working in a facility management company in the UAE. Not your first rodeo.
– Actually know the common FM materials, tools, and consumables. If you have to Google it, maybe not the best fit.
– SAP skills—if you’ve never used it, this job will make you cry.
– You’re organized, you keep records, and paperwork doesn’t make you break out in hives.
– Computers don’t scare you. MS Office? Easy.
– Detail freak (in a good way). You spot mistakes before anyone else.
– Can handle things solo. Micromanagers are annoying, right?
– Ready to jump in ASAP? Even better.
