Position: Scheduling Officer Apply Online

Location: Karachi

Job Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the same field.
• Qualification: Bachelors (Preferably in Supply Chain).

Key Responsibilities

• To schedule the Fuel order for retail stations across PK, keeping in mind the core KPI i.e. OTIF.
• Daily data management: scheduling summary, P2P summary, Pending Orders details.
• Communication with internal and external customers to tackle complaints, delays in fuel delivery, and shortages handling.
• Scheduling B2B Orders.
• Overseeing and managing routes for efficient transportation of the product in order to minimize transport costs.
• Ensure adherence to all local Regulations.
• Ensure proper maintenance of all records related to logistics activities.
