Job Responsibilities:

• Manage construction and renovation work from start to finish.

   

• Develop project plans and schedules.

   

• Check designs and equipment lists.

   

• Work with all teams to ensure compliance with work rules.

   

• Ensure work is completed within budget

   

• Submit weekly and monthly reports.

   

• Maintain necessary documents and drawings.

   

• Visit the site to monitor work, quality, and safety.
