Key Responsibilities:

• Manage facilities, infrastructure, and maintenance services, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Implement and monitor security and safety protocols, including emergency preparedness.
• Oversee transport operations, ensuring safety, punctuality, and efficiency.
• Supervise cafeteria and hospitality services, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and affordability.
• Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and compliance with institutional policies.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate support staff for service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain records, and submit reports to senior management.
