Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing construction and renovation projects from initiation to completion.
• Support in overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Work alongside architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and review structural designs, drawings, and plans using AutoCAD and other design tools.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure that all construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
• Provide technical support on structural design and construction methods to project teams and contractors.
• Support in monitoring project budgets, controlling costs, and preparing financial reports related to construction and renovation projects.
• Assist in liaising with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Help identify and resolve issues that arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and quality.
• Assist in preparing regular project updates, progress reports, and status reviews for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure that construction activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Regular travel to various project sites within the Northern Region is required.
