Sr. Lead Manager / Head Engineering

• Ensure compliance in all supporting areas
• Support the EHS function and provide necessary engineering assistance
• Facilitate internal and external audits
• Ensure team development and succession planning
• Manage facility maintenance, renovation and revamping activities |
  | Job Specification | – Should be B.E (Preferably Mechanical) with MBA preferred
• Certification in Project Management and Financial control
• 15 to 18 years of experience in relevant domain, specially in Pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent people management, communication and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience on SAP |
