We are currently hiring for Deans, Heads of Departments (HODs), Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, and Lecturers across various disciplines for our Cantt & Raiwind Campuses in Lahore.

What We’re Looking For:

Deans / HODs:

• Provide academic and strategic leadership.
• Ensure integration of innovative technologies (including AI) in the curriculum.
• Foster a research-driven and collaborative environment.
• Mentor faculty and support institutional growth.

Professors / Associate & Assistant Professors / Lecturers:

• Deliver engaging, high-impact lectures.
• Design course content that incorporates AI tools and applications.
• Encourage digital literacy and future-ready thinking in students.
• Confidently present in recorded lectures — good on-camera presence is essential.
• Participate in academic innovation and research initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:
For Deans & HODs:

• PhD in the relevant field with proven leadership experience.
• Strong academic, administrative, and research background.
• Vision for integrating modern technologies in higher education.

For Faculty:

• PhD, MS, or MPhil (as per HEC criteria).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Not camera shy – must be comfortable recording video lectures.
• Interest and ability to integrate AI tools into teaching and learning.
• Passion for mentorship, innovation, and continuous development.
