Job Responsibilities:
- Understand the policies and procedures of the company for effective communication with the employees
- Ensure to capture personal data changes timely/accurately in HCM system.
- Ensure Employee File remediation is done accurately and obtain necessary documents from employees where necessary.
- Review and process all HCM self service requests as per policy.
- Enroll new joiners in bio-metric system.
- Liaise with medical operations team and process medical card for employees and their dependents including cancellation of medical card for leavers
Job Requirements:
- QUALIFICATIONS – Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- YEARS & NATURE OF EXPERIENCE – 2-5 years of experience
- LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS – Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic Language is a must
