We apply modern and innovative practices in our business operations to deliver\u00a0<strong>Fuel for Life<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To build strong relationships between Euro Oil and retailers\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>To assist, support and guide retailers to ensure more profitable performance from Euro Oil and retailers.\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>To motivate and guide retailers to utilize their full sales potential and safeguard Euro Oil\u2019s reputation.\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring retailers have the best exposure every quarter\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Determine and achieve sales and retail targets for their assigned geographic area\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure retailers work on training and development of their organizations to provide the best possible product experience.\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare sales forecasts and achieve volume targets\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor market competition, pricing and competitive offerings and identify opportunities for growth\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Network with dealers and authorities to secure new retail outlet opportunities in place\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Train retail outlet dealers, sales party, and pump attendants, including candidate service, product knowledge, and safety practices\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate promotional campaigns to drive recognition and visibility.\n<p>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>All administrative arrangements for the management of retail outlets, including your office, compliance with Renselli education, policy and safety standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum Bachelor\u2019s degree required.<\/li>\n<li>6 Years of Experience, mainly in Retail sales.
