Maintenance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The role requires strong operational control, preventive maintenance oversight, and coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted back process performance and optimal output.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Runs the warping and sizing program smoothly according to the production plan.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates with the Planning Team to arrange the delivery of the yarn on time.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors and achieves Daily production targets, maintains downtime.<\/li>\n<li>Controls Process parameters to maintain quality and eliminate waste.<\/li>\n<li>Investigates yarn complaints and coordinates with departments for corrective actions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures preventive and breakdown maintenance (warping, sizing, curling, etc.) with the Maintenance Team.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors Machine performance and downtime trends and initiates improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Follows up on **Preventive maintenance schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Root cause analysis of **Recurring technical issues.<\/li>\n<li>Follow SOPs and safety standards.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain production and performance reports**.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification &amp; Experience:<\/strong><br \/>\nB.E \u2013 Textile with atleast 7\u20138 years of <a href=\"https:\/\/hiring.com.pk\/wp\/job\/alkhidmat-foundation-paksitan-jobs\/\">experience<\/a> of weaving back process (Warping &amp;
