\nPosition: Sales Coordinator \u2013 Hotel Industry<\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong>
\nWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our hotel\u2019s sales team in driving revenue and maintaining excellent client relationships. The ideal candidate will assist in handling corporate, group, and event bookings while ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal departments.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u00b7 Assist the sales team in managing room bookings, group reservations, and event inquiries
\n\u00b7 Prepare proposals, contracts, and quotations for corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners
\n\u00b7 Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Banquet, and Operations teams to ensure seamless guest experience
\n\u00b7 Maintain and update client databases, contracts, and sales records
\n\u00b7 Handle client communications, follow-ups, and inquiries in a timely manner
\n\u00b7 Support in organizing site inspections and client visits
\n\u00b7 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
\n\u00b7 Monitor booking status, room availability, and revenue targets
\n\u00b7 Assist in executing sales strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns
\n\u00b7 Ensure all documentation and processes comply with hotel policies<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u00b7 Graduate
\n\u00b7 1\u20133 years of experience in hotel sales, reservations, or a similar role
\n\u00b7 Strong understanding of hotel operations and sales processes
\n\u00b7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\u00b7 Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of hotel CRM systems is a plus
\n\u00b7 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
\n\u00b7 Strong organizational and coordination skills
