CA \/ ACCA Part Qualified<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/h2>\n
4-5 years working experience in accounting & finance operations having agriculture\/livestock sector is a plus.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/h2>\n\n- Develop a Master Template for cash recording, reconciliation, and reporting as per existing practices<\/li>\n
- Recording of cash receipts and payments, date-wise, crop-wise, type of labour, labour count, acreage & other info<\/li>\n
- Daily Cash Reconciliation of Petty Cash and Cash held for operational payments at the farm<\/li>\n
- Verification of supporting documents of all cash receipts and payments with due approvals<\/li>\n
- Close coordination with Cashier & Local Team to compile Hard copy filing and archiving for documentation and audit trail<\/li>\n
- To ensure that a complete record of crop harvesting & despatch is being maintained (Date-wise, Crop-wise, Accepted Qty, Rate, By-Product, etc.)<\/li>\n
- To ensure that inventory receipts and issuance records is being maintained (date-wise, item-wise, crop-wise)<\/li>\n
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems) and strong MS Excel skills<\/li>\n
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by line management<\/li>\n
- Reporting to HO on an ad-hoc basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
