          Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

          • Foremen: If you\u2019ve got a Diploma in Engineering or ITI in something relevant, great\u2014you\u2019re halfway there. Honestly, though, what really matters is whether you\u2019ve been running the show for 7+ years, or at least have 5 years doing pretty much the same thing. Show you can take charge and actually get things done, not just talk about it.\n

            Technicians & Fitters: So, same deal\u2014Diploma in Engineering or ITI gets you noticed. But if you haven\u2019t spent at least 3 years getting your hands dirty in a similar job, it\u2019s probably not happening.<\/p>\n

            Crane Operators: ITI or even just a high school diploma will do, as long as you\u2019ve wrangled a crane for a couple of years already. Not your first rodeo? Perfect.<\/p>\n

            Oh, and if you\u2019ve worked around ships, oil rigs, or heavy industry? That\u2019s a serious bonus. You\u2019ll stand out<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
