Key Accountabilities\u00a0<\/strong>:<\/h2>\n
<\/div>\n

Align WCM & KAIZEN with business strategy while prioritizing continuous improvement activities by Business Units to drive operational excellence. Act as a change agent in implementing the WCM methodology throughout the BU. Assist BU in identifying and prioritizing cost deployment projects. Use Pillar Methodology about different operations & build ability of employees about operational awareness & machine efficiency<\/p>\n

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors :<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering or a related field (Master\u2019s degree preferred) with extensive experience of at least 5-10 years in manufacturing management & IWS\/TPM deployment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Expertise in World Class Manufacturing methodologies and principles. Knowledge of IWS\/TPM\/ Lean Six Sigma and experience in implementing Lean and Six Sigma projects. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt is a plus.<\/p>\n
