AI Engineer<\/strong><\/td>\n* Bachelor\u2019s\/ Master\u2019s in CS, AI, EE, or related field.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\n* Experience in training\/finetuning LLM, VLM, and CV models (detection, segmentation, tracking).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\n* Knowledge of LoRA\/QLoRA, distillation, and evaluation metrics (mAP, BLEU\/CIDER).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\n* Skills in model optimisation for edge (TensorRT, TFLite, OpenVINO, TVM, Vitis AI).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
<\/td>\n* Familiarity with quantisation (INT8\/FP16), pruning, and deployment on Jetson, Zynq, RK3588\/NCPUs.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
