This individual will play a key role in ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies, managing and developing a high-performing sales team, and driving operational efficiency in line with organizational goals.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-5\"><\/div>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-6\"><\/div>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Communicate regional objectives clearly to the team, breaking them down into actionable goals at the area level.<\/li>\n<li>Drive regional sales efforts to achieve targets, KPIs, and business-building activities, ensuring consistent team performance.<\/li>\n<li>Provide on-the-job coaching, manage performance, and address skill gaps through targeted training opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute towards attaining operational effectiveness &amp; efficiency of Distributors in the Region and assist in managing the relationships with Priority Accounts, Retail &amp; Distributors.<\/li>\n<li>Align business and people development strategies with national sales goals and organizational objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all the trade programs for priority accounts &amp; wholesale are effectively managed through the Regional Field Sales Force, Identify and negotiate with the high potential Regional Accounts<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and justify the regional budget for trade and promotional activities, ensuring efficient execution.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee timely preparation &amp;
