ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, ISLAMABAD JINNAH AVENUE<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY:<\/strong>\u00a0The Receptionist will be responsible for front desk operations with a special focus on preparing and managing physiotherapy and laboratory slips. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills along with knowledge of healthcare documentation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and issue physiotherapy and laboratory slip accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records of patients, appointments, and service requests.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with physiotherapy and lab staff for smooth patient flow.<\/li>\n<li>Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide information regarding services.<\/li>\n<li>Manage front desk operations including patient registration and billing support.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper filing and data entry of slips in the system.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with hospital policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>KNOWLEDGE &amp; COMPETENCES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Knowledge of physiotherapy &amp; lab slip preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Academic Qualification: Bachelor\u2019s degree.<\/li>\n<li>Work Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist in a hospital\/clinic (preferably physiotherapy or lab domain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION IS 20 OCT, 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If your profile matches the above criteria, please share your resume and ensure to mark the position applied for in the subject line.
