\nWe are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our HR team as a \ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc20\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d \ud835\udc13\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc1e \ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc1f\ud835\udc1f\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2b (\ud835\udc0c\ud835\udc13\ud835\udc0e \u2013 \ud835\udc07\ud835\udc11). The selected candidate will undergo comprehensive training in various HR functions and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and other core HR operations.<\/p>\n

\nAssist in the recruitment and selection process.
\nMaintain and update employee records.
\nSupport HR operations, including onboarding and documentation.
\nParticipate in HR projects and policy implementation.
\nAssist in performance appraisals and employee engagement activities.<\/p>\n

\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc2a\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc26\ud835\udc1e\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2c:
\n06 Months \u2013 1 year of relevant experience.
\nBachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).<\/p>\n
