The University of South Asia is looking for a Director HR \u2014 a strategic, people-focused leader to oversee the entire spectrum of Human Resource Management and drive organizational excellence across all departments.<\/p>\n

\n\ud83d\udd52 Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Saturday)

Job Description:<\/strong><\/h2>\n
<\/div>\n

As the Director HR, you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n

-Overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, benefits, training, and compliance.
\n-Designing and implementing HR strategies and policies aligned with the university\u2019s mission and growth objectives.
\n-Leading employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
\n-Developing leadership and professional development programs for faculty and staff.
\n-Managing payroll, attendance systems, and HRIS data integrity.
\n-Ensuring compliance with labor laws, institutional standards, and best HR practices.
\n-Acting as a strategic advisor to senior management on people-related matters and organizational structure.
\n-Promoting a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n

Qualifications & Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Master\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA\/MS preferred).
\n-8to10 years of proven experience in a senior HR role \u2014 preferably in academia, corporate, or large-scale institutions.
\n-Strong understanding of strategic HR planning, organizational development, and HR operations.
\n-Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
\n-Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.<\/p>\n
