Regional Sales Offices)<br \/>\n\ud83d\udd74\ufe0f Reports to: Chief Financial Officer<\/p>\n<p>Mitchell\u2019s is looking for a dynamic IT Head to lead our technology strategy, strengthen cybersecurity, optimize ERP systems, and ensure reliable operations across our head office, plant, and field teams.<\/p>\n<h2>\ud83d\udd39 Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop a 3-year IT strategy aligned with business priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Own and optimize ERP (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, HR).<\/li>\n<li>Lead system upgrades\/integrations (SAP\/Oracle\/MS Dynamics).<\/li>\n<li>Build enterprise reporting dashboards (Data Warehouse, Power BI).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure strong cybersecurity, DRM, backups &amp; business continuity.<\/li>\n<li>Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors &amp; SLAs.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and develop a high-performing IT team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\ud83d\udd39 What We\u2019re Looking For<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s in CS\/IT\/Engineering (Master\u2019s preferred).<\/li>\n<li>12\u201315 years of IT leadership experience (manufacturing\/FMCG preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Proven ERP ownership and infrastructure leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Strong cybersecurity, audit, and DR experience.<\/li>\n<li>Certifications (ITIL, PMP\/Prince2, CISSP\/CISM, Azure\/AWS) are a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\ud83d\udd39 First 90-Day Priorities<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ERP, network &amp;
