Safeguard the bank&#8217;s interest in court matters as per Line Manager&#8217;s directions. Also, share the case facts along with the information and relevant documents with the Bank&#8217;s Advocates through the different channels, so that the cases can be properly filed or contested.<\/p>\n<p>Keep track of the litigation portfolio; attend dispute resolution matters, collections claims, commercial transactions, contracts, property damage, and lease issues among others. In providing the bank with support and advice in all <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/strataero.my\/job\/accountant-jobs-in-dubai-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">court cases, complaints<\/a><\/strong>, legal notices, and other litigation, civil as well as criminal, the bank&#8217;s lawyer would suggest a further course. Monitor &amp; follow up the cases &amp; consult with Bank\u2019s Lawyers with regard to cases filed by or against the Bank in order to avoid legal complications. Give full support to the Line Manager in relation to the follow-up of cases of the Bank.<\/p>\n<p>Processing of Approvals &amp; Maintaining of MIS<br \/>\nApproval processing and screening for the payment of legal expenses, such as professional fees, court fees, auction expenses, etc., will be part of the legal work.
