-𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bachelor’s / B. Com
-𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 : 2–3 years (OMC, BPO, or restaurant industry background preferred)

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐬:

-Monitor and manage CCTV services for COCO and dealer-operated stations to ensure SOP compliance.
-Handle daily calls from customers and internal teams, logging and tracking complaints.
-Follow up on all complaints via email and maintain daily communication updates.
-Prepare and share daily internal and external reports.
-Manage food-related orders received via phone and ensure timely coordination.
