Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and visit regularly markets and distributors
  • Engage with Brand Managers to build trustworthy and effective partnerships
  • Every year, build market business plan, including market strategy, retail/wholesale and purchase projections, assortment, capex projects, trade plan and A&P and follow up with the Brand Manager on a quarterly basis. Negotiate over-investment, if applicable
  • Set up regular meetings with key markets and business reviews on a quarterly basis (for key markets)
  • Build strong acumen of market new developments and opportunities and make recommendations to MD and team
  • Set up price structure and negotiate contracts, if necessary
  • Understand specifics of the markets and coordinate with HQ teams any technical and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Min 6-year prior experience in perfumes and cosmetics
  • Experience in Export
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and inter-personal skills. Ready to work in a polyvalent, fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment
