Area Sales Manager	Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Monitor and visit regularly markets and distributors
Engage with Brand Managers to build trustworthy and effective partnerships
Every year, build market business plan, including market strategy, retail/wholesale and purchase projections, assortment, capex projects, trade plan and A&P and follow up with the Brand Manager on a quarterly basis. Negotiate over-investment, if applicable
Set up regular meetings with key markets and business reviews on a quarterly basis (for key markets)
Build strong acumen of market new developments and opportunities and make recommendations to MD and team
Set up price structure and negotiate contracts, if necessary
Understand specifics of the markets and coordinate with HQ teams any technical and regulatory requirements

Min 6-year prior experience in perfumes and cosmetics
Experience in Export
Excellent organizational, analytical and inter-personal skills. Ready to work in a polyvalent, fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment
