Position: Managing Director – Chief Executive Officer

Bank of Khyber is seeking to onboard an exceptionally strong and goal oriented professional as Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer responsible for the overall direction and administration of bank in line with the policy directives of the Board of Directors. Ensuring the Bank’s success and gearing all aspects of Bank’s activities towards deriving maximum value in the best interest of shareholders, customers, employees and the public.

  • Must be a career banker having experience of at least 20 years including minimum of 05 years at a senior level as Executive Vice President and above or equivalent in a Bank/ DFI. He/ She should have adequate knowledge, expertise and skill mix related to undertake responsibilities of the position effectively and prudently.
  • Should be between 45 to 60 years of age.
  • Should have minimum qualification of Graduation or equivalent. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics will be preferred. In case of foreign qualification, candidates have to submit an equivalency certificate from HEC of Pakistan at the time of interview to validate that they possess the required education.
  • Should meet all criteria as set out in the “Fit and Proper Test” of State Bank of Pakistan.
  • The position is based in Peshawar and market based remuneration package will be offered.
