Description:

We are currently seeking a Business Project Delivery Manager, reporting directly to Head of QHSES to join the team based in Abu Dhabi.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the project, product and/or process quality to comply with internal & customer requirements and ensures alignment with other applicable industry standards and regulations
  • Develops and implements Project Quality Management systems.
  • Promotes and assists in the continuous improvement of quality systems
  • Develops procedures and specifications and ensures their implementation Contributes to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
  • Develops and coordinates induction training to raise awareness on quality processes among employees.
  • Oversees the implementation and effective deployment of process and procedure changes
  • Promotes Quality Culture on a site/ project.
  • Proactively interacts and informally influences site managers to ensure that Quality processes are effectively managed according to standards and regulations
  • Ensures proper implementation of criticality rating system and surveillance for procured items
  • Helps in defining site/ project objectives and metrics (KPI), ensures reporting is in place, analyzes performance, proposes corrective or improvement actions and report
  • Carries out extensive statistical analysis and work as per the result derived from the analysis
  • Ensures proper implementation of criticality rating system and surveillance for procured items
  • Reports regularly regarding the system performance and new developments

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably with a specialization in Quality (Engineering degree for Quality Engineer only, equivalent qualification for Quality Analyst)
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience within a formal Management System
  • Certified Lead Auditor to ISO 9001 and preferably to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Minimum 6 Sigma Green belt certified
  • Preferably formal certifications to NDE and Welding
  • Good knowledge of work procedures in several business segments and demonstrated experience in Engineering Quality Management through
  • Concept, FEED and Detailed design phase of the project.
