Job Responsibilities:
- Verify details of CCM calls and do primary contact with the customer.
- Immediate assignment to appropriate section of the complaint.
- Monitoring of closure of CCM Complaints.
- Analyse and provide for appropriate management reports so that the Automotive Services Manager will be able to make strategic and tactical initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 to 4 years working experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with English. Other languages – Arabic, Hindi/Urdu also an added advantage
- Superior PC skills and Workshop System knowledge.
