Description:
- Oversees and allocates the teams assignment and activities and ensures tasks are accomplished as per the plan.
- Delivering a comprehensive serbice to enquiring customers and if required delegating it to the specific department.
- Monitor daily transaction submitted through Dubai Trade portal and follows up with the processing unit to ensure its completion.
- Reviews the case of customer outstanding payments provided by finance and engage communication in order to resolve the payment issues.
- Reviews the case of customer Non Renewals of Lease and License and engage communication in order to resolve the payment issues.
- Receives and reviews the customers request for downsize, termination and engage dialogue with customer to negotiate in retaining the current facility status.
- Monitors and review the customer satisfaction results.
