Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for entering numeric data into a computer and using a computer to create spreadsheets and documents.
• Responsible for Data entry, typing, numerical, filing, and other general office duties.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and/or email including packages
• Balance batches in the computer system and produce reports
• Enforces established security and privacy policies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment at times.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted
• Counting money and preparing envelops
• Prepares parcels for ATM supply
• Must type 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
• Able to work a minimum of 22 hours and a high possibility of 37 hours per week
• Able to pass background checks and credit checks
• Start as soon as possible.
