We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all integrated campaigns and marketing initiatives, supporting the company’s growth and revenue goals for both general trading and FM business. The Senior Marketing Executive will have a minimum of 7 years of solid marketing experience, working across the full channel mix in both B2B and B2C environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage agency relationships, including creative, PR, events, and digital agencies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify the needs of target segments and inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Identify potential new products to be added to the existing portfolio based on strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to reach the target audience and drive Marketing Qualified Leads through segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Plan and manage exhibitions, training seminars, and other key events.
  • Plan and execute SEO/SEM, social media, advertising campaigns, and all other aspects of digital marketing.
  • Measure and report the performance of all campaigns and assess against KPIs/ROIs.
  • Demonstrate exceptional project management skills to effectively manage multiple campaigns, events, requests, and deadlines.
  • Be based in Dubai.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of solid marketing experience, working across the full channel mix in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Proven agency management experience (creative, PR, events, digital).
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Experience in planning and managing exhibitions, training seminars, and other events.
