We are looking for an experienced managing director to oversee business operations and provide strategic leadership. The managing director’s responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans and company policies, maintaining an open dialogue with stakeholders, and driving organizational success.

Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the concepts of happiness in customer happiness centers and provide employees with a set of tools and values that enable them to achieve the strategic goals of the force in the field of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of all reports of the Customer Happiness Department accurately and in a timely manner, meeting policies and standards set.
  • Prepare and propose the budget for the Department of Customer Happiness and Service Canters and monitors expenditures in light of the approved budget to enable the Department to estimate expenditures to ensure the efficient and effective use of financial resources.
  • Supervise coordination between organizational units in services related to more than one general administration to coordinate efforts and present proposals and solutions to improve them.
  • Exercise emergency access to traditional and smart centers in the event of challenges, problems for customers or system breakdown in the system.

Requirements:

  • Open to UAE nationals
  • Female, 40 years old and below
  • Bachelor dgeree of a 4-year course or a diploma for a 12-year specialization; Master’s degree is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience in related role
  • Should have experience in handling a team and experience customer service role
