Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations according to customer requests/orders.
• Track and Trace drivers, trucks and trailers when required and communicate with various stakeholders.
• Solve operational challenges as they arise.
• Maintain the company’s TruckMate Software (TMW) by ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Heavy communication is required through phone, messaging systems, e-mail and other internal applications.
• Recommend and implement appropriate action plans for process improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 2 years of dispatch experience in the transportation industry. (REQUIRED)
• Minimum 2 years experience booking loads into TruckMate Software (TMW). (REQUIRED)
• Working knowledge of e-logs tracking software and safety procedures. (REQUIRED)
• Experience with US-to-US dispatching and 10/10 familiarity with US geographical areas. (REQUIRED)
• Ability to effectively deliver written and/or oral instructions while assisting drivers on the road.
• Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Able to prioritize, set goals, and accomplish tasks with limited supervision.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Intermediate computer software skills.
• Fluency in English (REQUIRED), Hindi and Punjabi (ASSET).
