Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily business operations, set up the operational target and interact with the team to achieve them.

• Developing and implementing growth strategies.

• Analyzing accounting and financial data, ability to control the cashflow variance and PNL as well as proposing the mitigation plan if any deficit arises.

• Generating reports and giving presentations.

General Manager Requirements:

• Degree in business management or a masters in business administration.

• Good knowledge of interlock and paving business functions.
