Job Responsibilities:

  • Attract top tier talent and to ensure lasting and successful placements.
  • Identifying and prescreen prospective candidates using a various source of recruitment.
  • Assessing candidates to ensure their qualification and experience match our requirements.
  • Coordinate with the hiring leads and candidates to schedule interviews
  • Conduct technical assessments and psychometric tests
  • Maintain up to date recruitment records on the ATS as well as maintain relevant recruitment related documentation
  • Coordinate with recruitment service providers. Review and maintain recruitment contracts and NDAs.
  • Keep all the job descriptions up to date
  • Organize and arrange all required trainings as per the training needs analysis
  • Scheduling training and all inductions for new employees.
  • Conduct the HR Induction for all new joiners
  • Keep the training calendar and training records on the HRMS up to date
  • Maintain the following documentation: Training Attendance, Certificates, Cards, Training Feedback Form, Training Effectiveness Evaluation.
  • Employee recognition and long service programs coordination
  • Handle employee engagement initiatives including birthdays and work anniversary celebrations
  • Administering and maintaining employee file records up-to-date by handling changes in employee status and documentation in timely manner.
  • Handle HR petty cash
  • Maintaining vaccination records
  • Monthly reporting and presentation

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Recruitment and HR related activities
