We are seeking trustworthy candidates who work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. Accountants can expect to work with large amounts of numerical data, handle multiple tasks with deadlines, and provide transparent and complete reports to management. You should have a firm grasp of accounting and financial practices and regulations and possess strong computer and verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis reports to help management understand the financial implications of business decisions. Provide insights on potential risks and opportunities.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze costs, expenses, and profitability of different departments, products, or projects. Identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations to improve financial efficiency.
- Management Reporting: Prepare regular management reports, including financial statements, cash flow statements, and management accounts. Present financial information in a clear and concise manner to support decision-making.
- Financial Control: Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Monitor financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and identify any discrepancies or irregularities.
- Performance Measurement: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial performance of the organization. Provide analysis and insights on KPI trends, identifying areas for improvement or corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Education Qualification: BCOM/MCOM/FINANCE
- At least 5 years’ UAE experience in management accounting role.
- Should be available immediate (start date 1st June)
