We are looking to recruit a Manager Business Service Quality & Excellence for our Business division in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the e2e strategy
- Execute appropriate programme plans, operating and governance structures to ensure programmes are set-up for success and continuously monitor their effectiveness against overall programme objectives and ensure benefits realization requirements are captured and monitored
- Engage in PMO activities like MoMs, updating of RAID registers, pursuing actions etc
- Follow up with stakeholder such as senior executive across the Business and other departments as well as their respective direct reports
- Support in advocating innovative solutions to address operational gaps, and improve efficiency. This should include best practice To Be Operating Model, organizational design and development, Metrics/KPIs and OLAs
- Ensure quality Business Analysis, process design and flow to ensure solutions generated are comprehensive and inclusive of all stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Engineering/Operation or equivalent
- 10 years experience in Transformation/ Operations/ Customer Experience/ Telecommunications in ICT industry
