Job Responsibilities:
- Knowledge management: managing coordination with the Marketing and Corporate Communication Department to increase awareness of the better use of services and smart channels
- Programs and projects: planning, directing and coordinating activities to manage and implement programs and projects related to the quality of smart services
- Risk Management: Carrying out risk assessment within the GIS Department and using appropriate processes to identify potential risk events, assess and document their likelihood of emergence and impact on the Authority, and coordinate countermeasures and contingency plans.
- Managing budgets and costs: preparing annual budgets, highlighting expectations, monitoring implementation, evaluating and recommending specific adjustments during implementation to project needs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering from a recognized university
- Achievement-oriented and results-oriented, with great planning and organizational skills, as well as a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Innovative problem solver, able to find actionable solutions and resolve complaints
