Description:

Direct, control and manage all aspects of the Retail & Leisure activities; develop business plans; oversee planning and implementation of business plan; lead the implementation of new operational initiatives, resource allocation, organisation structure, and leadership towards achieving the company’s strategy, growth, and profit objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving and reporting against financial targets laid out in the annual budget. Monitor and review financial performance against budget on a regular basis
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the respective branches, ensuring the highest possible service and safety standards for both customers and staff
  • Identify new markets and manage sources of business that present additional revenue earning opportunities and establish sales and marketing plans with the business development units
  • Managing the GSA/Partner products sales/marketing & revenues and teams, including expansion of distribution network within the relevant GCC / Middle East markets.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in a related discipline
  • At least 8 experience in Leisure & Travel
