As a Middle East & Africa Activation Marketer for our Health Information Systems Division, you will have the responsibility to drive the demand generation through local activation and engagement of our customers. There is another marketer in that region and together with that other person you will be responsible for defining and executing the marketing plans for your region. You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Being accountable for the activation activities for the marketing department.
  • Responsible for Marketing planning, program definition and calendar development.
  • Manage local marketing calendar of execution.
  • Build competitive intelligence.
  • Align the campaigns outcomes/input/results and measure return on investment.
  • Fully responsible for demand generation at the local layer.
  • Determining the market size and potential, for current products or new products.
  • Selecting and organizing local marketing requirements: Trade shows, customer events, key opinion leaders.
  • Knowing the customer and market dynamics, key market trends and build a good understanding of the local product portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing or at least 5 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Excellent and professional in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to collaborate with sales team to promote products, promotions, etc.
  • Experience in facing customers, organizing events, etc.
  • Eager to work in a multicultural team: collaborate with marketing colleagues over EMEA/USA and with a strong local team of sales and professional services.
  • Experience in market studies and launches of new products.
