Our company is a leader in the MENA region in the field of Tokenization and Blockchain. We are looking for a Marketing Director who will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing and communications strategies to drive adoption and growth of our platform and cryptocurrency. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to develop and execute key initiatives to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement. You will also oversee the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive adoption and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to drive adoption and growth of our platform and cryptocurrency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to develop and execute on key initiatives to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement
  • Lead the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive adoption and engagement
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members
  • Structure and manage the marketing team, including setting performance metrics and targets, conducting performance evaluations, and managing team members’ professional development
  • Strong knowledge in digital marketing including SEM, SEO, social media, display advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and influencer marketing.
  • Create and implement results-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, increase engagement, and ultimately grow the platform and cryptocurrency.
  • Experience in budgeting and spend, allocating resources for advertising, events, and other promotional activities, and tracking spend against performance metrics to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Analyze user data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing efforts
  • Manage relationships with external marketing partners, including advertising agencies, content creators, and influencers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and communications strategies in the tech industry, with experience in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry preferred
  • Experience building and managing high-performing marketing teams, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing and user acquisition strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
