Job Responsibilities:
- Maximize SAP in all day to day transport planning activities to maintain system integrity and exceed customer service level expectations.
- Have a clear understanding of customer lead times and required KPI’s, with commensurate execution.
- Ensure maximum fleet utilization and resource control, whilst maintaining optimum levels of efficiency.
- Monitor fleet running costs and fuel consumption. Â Identify areas requiring improvement; develop plans to rectify shortfalls and implement accordingly.
Job Requirements:
The Operations Executive role is pivotal in achieving this goal through effective resource management and logical thinking. A successful Operations Executive is the heart of an efficient and profitable distribution organization. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Degree or Diploma preferably in Logistic, Administration, and Business. You should have at least 4 years of experience in Logistics specifically in supply chain, transport, fleet management and warehousing. You should also be able to communicate effectively and be able to demonstrate strong administrative competence.
