Job Responsibilities:
- Packager Workers* for a vegan food production plant located in Richmond, BC. This job opportunity will provide full time hours, long term benefits with stability and longevity for the right candidate. There will also be opportunity for growth and pay increases.
- Responsibilities may include:*
- Packaging food product
- Working in a cold environment
- Boxing and palletizing product
- Lifting up to 45lbs (never repetitive)
- Requirements:*
- Availability Monday
- Saturday
- 3 months production/manufacturing experience
- Own or access steel toed work shoes
- OK working in a cold environment
- OK standing for 8 hours
- Shift Availability:*
- Monday to Saturday: 6:00am – 2:30pm (get 1 day off)
- Monday to Saturday: 2:15pm – 10:45pm (get 1 day off)
- Compensation Details:* – $18.09/hour wage
- 2 pay increases annually after 2080 hours completed – $200 annual allowance for services (yoga, shopify, ect.) – $400 annual allowance for health related expenses (prescription glasses ect.)
- 80% benefits (once perm)
- Defined contribution plan up to 7% matching (5% automatic contribution + 2% additional matching)
