Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness of the Reception and toilet for guest , inform Office Girl in case of any cleaning or dusting required, check between meetings and before leaving every evening.
- Make sure that there are magazines (Approved by Management) at the Receptions area.
- Always keep the reception desk clean and make sure that you have enough stationaries.
- Make sure that there is enough catalogue and some ACP samples as specified by H.R
Job Requirements:
- Check the Inquiry and endorse to sales team
- All new Inquiries either Local or Export transfer to Sales & Operation Manager
- Customer who wish to know about the specification and technical details of our product transfer to Sales & Operation Manager.
