Responsibilities:

  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a talent acquisition testing, and interviewing program; counseling hiring managers on candidate selection.
  • Develops and implements metrics to analyze the impact of talent acquisition initiatives, processes and tools on the organization
  • Support all aspects of the performance management system to include Career Advisory and Performance Development associated programs
  • Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g., job application and onboarding processes)
  • Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
  • Implement new effective sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
  • Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand attracting best talents
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform Recruiters and Hiring managers about changes in regulations
  • Build the companys professional network

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources or Business Administration or higher
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with an agency and internal recruitment experience
  • Bilingual (Arabic/English)
  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Apply a strategic approach to talent acquisition to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
