Job Responsibilities
· Deliver best in class Customer Service and Community Capabilities for Informa Markets. This includes:
o owning the solution architecture, prototyping, proofs-of-concept, solution design, blueprint of the project;
o Ensure a scalable solution that meets overall business requirements; provide design authority and oversight throughout the full project lifecycle;
o provide relevant guidance to business stakeholder and Product Manager based on current product capabilities and previous implementation experiences;
o engage and communicate with business stakeholders across multiple Informa divisions; raise concerns, warning or red flags early;
· Be recognized as a functional expert on the Customer Service and Community Platform

· Partner with the businesses effectively to understand their objectives and roadblocks
· Take full project and programmer ownership
· Apply critical and agile thinking to define a problem and develop effective solutions
