Job Responsibilities:
- Performance management on NCR (Non Commission Revenue) for UAE sales team through weekly reporting and visibility to all the sales team on target vs achievement
- Develop product trade marketing strategies (pricing, sales pitch, discounts, channel plan etc.)
- Work cross-functionally to lead strategic projects around long term product and partner strategy around revenue initiatives that span all Talabat entities
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, finance, legal and o maintain and launch products in UAE
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing management
- From 4-5 years experience in sales, advertisement revenue products in a retail organization
- Strong analytical mindset, using data to substantiate business cases and strategic conclusions.
- Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced & results-oriented work environment.
